COFFEE TRIANGLE IN COLOMBIA
The Colombian Coffee Triangle is part of the Antioquia region of rural Colombia. It is famous for growing and producing most of Colombia’s coffee. There are four departments in the zone: Caldas, Quindio, Risaralda and the northern municipalities of Tolima and Valle del Cauca. The most visited cities are Manizales, Armenia, Pereira and Ibagué.
CONCEPT
Encanto is a coffee shop belonging to the third wave of coffee with a Latin concept that shows all the knowledge, traditions and magic of the Latin American coffee loving and connoisseur culture.

OBJECTIVE
Our goal is to offer a unique customer experience in terms of service and product quality by having different types of high quality single origin coffee ensuring the best sensory experience for our customers, in addition to having food products of bakery and small Latin American production of local and traditional origin. meals.
Idea
Behind the idea of Encanto are two Colombian immigrants, passionate about the coffee culture that decided to change the course of their lives and become entrepreneurs; baristas, and professionals with sufficient experience to develop this life project.
