At Encanto Café et Boutique we are proud to be part of the Latino entrepreneurial community in Greater Montreal, and we are committed to strengthening the ties between us. During the month of October, as part of Hispanic Heritage Month, we have had the opportunity to participate in various activities and events that have allowed us to connect, learn and grow as an entrepreneurial Latino community.
Throughout this fall season we have participated in recognition – networking events such as the MANA Gala, an organization that welcomes and receives new immigrants from the Ile des S½urs community. We also participated in the training session on skills for personal and financial success of Misión Finanzas, where Felipe Riaño, Geimy Salamanca and Karen Suarez taught us strategies to improve our personal and financial skills, which will help us achieve our goals and continue to grow as entrepreneurs.
We also had a presence in entrepreneur fairs organized by the General Consulate of Colombia as part of the celebration of the Colombian migrant, and this super event has allowed us to connect, meet and collaborate with many interesting people and projects that are currently developing in Montreal.
In addition, during the season we have held workshops in our cafe, which has favored and strengthened ties with the entrepreneurial Latino community and we want to take this opportunity to thank ventures such as @elmensajedeluz by Jannette Ruiz, @de_tata_design by Tatiana Niño @happyperiods. ca by Diana Palacios and @lucyriverarivera_ by Lucy Rivera who have trusted Encanto Cafe et Boutique to carry out their workshops and activities within our business, thanks to these alliances, we have been able to strengthen our ties as we are committed to continue working together with the Latino entrepreneurial community in Canada to grow and learn from each other.
2024 was a year of growth and collaboration for the Latino entrepreneurial community that gathers at Encanto Café. From our second Mercadito Artesanal, where eight talented artisans shared their creations, to the emotional Christmas novenas we celebrated together with @Sofikidsparty (Karen – Marisela) and @Valentup.group (Astrid), we have witnessed the power of unity.
Thanks to the solidarity of our allies, we were able to bring joy to 25 children this Christmas, demonstrating that together we can build a better future. At Encanto Café, our commitment goes beyond offering a space to enjoy a good coffee; we want to be an engine of positive change for our community.
We feel inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit and human warmth that surrounds us, and we will continue working so that the magic of Christmas and the spirit of collaboration will last throughout the year.
Thank you for being part of this beautiful community. Together we will continue to create unforgettable moments in 2025.
